The goal of the Bydgoszcz Convention Bureau, which was established within the structures of The Bydgoszcz City Hall, is to meet the demands of business tourism. The unit’s goal is to support the development of business tourism at both the local and regional level. The fundamental role of the Bureau is active promotion of the city - the creation of a uniform and comprehensive image of Bydgoszcz as a friendly conference centre which welcomes all visitors and offers high-standard professional services.

The tasks of the Convention Bureau include consultancy services connected with the organisation of meetings in Bydgoszcz and its region, and co-operation with conference organisers preparing events. In order to optimally utilise the tourist and conference infrastructure, the Bureau provides information concerning the calendar of events held in Bydgoszcz .
